Head Coach--Carley Phillips

2011-12 was Coach Phillips first year as Head Coach with Plano West, and what a year it was.

Brushing away the brutal district schedule and 3rd place finish, the Lady Wolves went on to playoff wins over district foes Flower Mound and Marcus, as well as Fossil Ridge, Grapevine, and Montwood, never wavering from thier goal of participating in the Championship Tournament in Georgetown.

2-0 winners over Klein Oak in the Semi-Final round, the Lady Wolves faced Seven Lakes for the State Championship.

A 1-0 win over Katy Seven Lakes gave Coach Phillips a State Championship in her first year as head coach, an outstanding feat only a very few may claim.

Prior to last year, Coach Phillips served as as long-term substitute coach, leading the Junior Varsity Lady Wolves to an undefeated season.
